Shipping Policy
At Stellar Car Audio and Accessories, we occasionally offer popular car audio equipment and accessories as preorders. This allows you to reserve new or limited-release products before they are officially in stock.
This Preorder Policy explains how preorders work and sets clear expectations.
What is a Preorder?
A preorder is an order placed for a product that is not yet available in our inventory. Preordered items are typically new releases, special editions, or items arriving from manufacturers on a future date.

Products marked as “Preorder” or showing a future “Expected Release/Shipping Date” on the product page can be purchased in advance.

The expected shipping date is clearly displayed on the product page and in your order confirmation.
Pricing and Payment

The price shown at checkout is the price you will pay, even if the regular price increases before the item ships.

We charge your payment method in full at the time you place the preorder (including taxes and any applicable shipping fees).

If the manufacturer increases the cost significantly before release, we will contact you and give you the option to cancel or proceed at the new price.
Expected Shipping Dates

We provide the best estimated shipping window based on information from our suppliers and manufacturers.

These dates are estimates only and can change due to manufacturing delays, shipping delays, or other factors beyond our control.

We will notify you by email of any significant changes to the expected shipping date.
Order Fulfillment

Preordered items are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis once they arrive in our warehouse.

If your order contains both in-stock items and preordered items, we will usually:

Ship in-stock items immediately, or
-
Hold everything and ship together when the preorder arrives (you can choose your preference at checkout or by contacting us).

Split shipments may incur additional shipping charges. We will notify you if this occurs.
Cancellation of Preorders
You may cancel your preorder at any time before the item ships and receive a full refund to your original payment method.

To cancel, contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

Once the item has shipped, our standard Return Policy applies (see Returns & Refunds).
Refunds and Changes

If we are unable to fulfill a preorder within a reasonable time (or if the product is cancelled by the manufacturer), we will notify you and issue a full refund within [e.g., 5–7 business days].

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

We are not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, or shipping carriers.
Returns and Warranties

Once a preordered item has been delivered, it is subject to the same return, refund, and warranty terms as regular in-stock purchases.

Limitations

Preorders are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

We reserve the right to limit or cancel preorder quantities per customer if necessary.

We are not liable for any indirect damages (such as missed installation appointments or vehicle downtime) resulting from shipping delays.
